Flourish Homecare is a domiciliary care company that was established in December 2011 and provides care and supported living to individuals in their own homes. We are a professional and reliable homecare agency and we strive to provide the highest quality of care to enable individuals to stay in their own homes.

In June 2023 we introduced an Outreach programme. This service allows us to help people grow and support their independence. Our aim is to help people remain in their own homes. The outreach programme enables us to spend time with your loved ones on

• Trips out

• Take them to appointments

• Come to your home and offer sits and cleaning

• Take them out on shopping trips

• Go and do your shopping for you

The outreach programme runs between the hours of 9am to 3pm Monday to Friday and we have a separate team of outreach carers who can spend time with your loved ones carrying out any of the above activities and more; the list is endless and the choice is yours. Let us help your loved one get back out into the community and help to rebuild their confidence.
